For customized outfits, bridal wear, and maggam work designs, processing time may vary depending on the design complexity and embroidery work.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
During festive seasons or peak wedding periods, processing time may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Shipping availability may vary for remote or rural locations depending on courier service coverage.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–9 business days
Customized outfits or made-to-order designs may require additional preparation time before dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before completing the order.
Occasionally, free shipping offers may be available during special promotions, festive sales, or campaigns.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if available).
Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner’s tracking link.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.
Additional reshipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information including address, phone number, and pin code.
Rose Petals Designer Boutique is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Damaged Package on Delivery
If your package appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery:
Please do not accept the package, or
Record video evidence while opening the package and contact us immediately.
This helps us resolve the issue quickly with our courier partners.
9. Shipping Delays
Rose Petals Designer Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
However, we will do our best to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
