Return & Refund Policy

At Rose Petals Designer Boutique, we take pride in delivering high-quality designer outfits and customized clothing. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the best quality. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

Due to the customized nature of many of our products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The product received is incorrect or different from the order placed

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and tags


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order outfits

  • Altered or stitched garments based on customer measurements

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional discounts


3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a direct refund.


4. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item sent by us

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video of the product

  • Description of the issue

This will help us resolve the issue quickly.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered for size issues or product defects, depending on availability.

Exchange requests must also be made within 48 hours of delivery.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
